I’m Artrice V. Scott is a transformational speaker, military leader, and scholar-practitioner committed to helping youth lead from the truth of who they are.
From foster care and juvenile detention to police officer and active-duty service member, her journey reveals what many systems get wrong: that obedience is not leadership, and performance is not purpose. After years of surviving and pleasing broken systems, Artrice experienced a spiritual and emotional reckoning that redefined everything. She learned that real change—real rehabilitation—doesn’t start with behavior. It starts with identity.
This movement was born from a promise she made to herself at 15 years old, after a judge declared pain and limitation over her future. Artrice stood up in that courtroom and declared back:
“I will deliver people like me from people like you.”
She thought she’d become a lawyer. She became something else—a voice for underestimated youth, a builder of movements, and a strategist for identity-based leadership.
